These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between:
You ("Customer", "you") — the business or individual using the Service; and
[YOUR LEGAL NAME], operating as a sole trader in Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"), at [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Cyprus.
Contact email: support@cyprus24h.com
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The "Service" is Cyprus24h Cloud Accounting — a multi-tenant
web-based accounting platform accessed at
https://cyprus24h.com, providing double-entry bookkeeping,
IFRS-compliant reporting, Cyprus VAT4 / VIES support, payroll, and
related accounting features.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will give you reasonable notice (at least 30 days) before removing or materially degrading any feature you actively use.
To use the Service you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by users you invite to your tenant.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; see Section 12.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
We may suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe you are violating this section.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"), including your accounting records, invoices, journal entries, and contact lists.
We process Customer Data only as needed to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these Terms.
You can export your Customer Data at any time via the in-product backup feature (Admin → Backup).
When your subscription ends (Section 12), we will keep your data for at least 30 days so you can export it before final deletion.
Subscription fees apply to paid plans as advertised on our Pricing page. All prices are in EUR. VAT will be added where applicable; for Cyprus business customers we will collect VIES details if provided.
New tenants begin on a 30-day free trial of the Starter plan equivalent, with no credit card required. To continue using paid features after the trial, a card or other accepted payment method must be added. If no payment method is added, the tenant becomes read-only at the end of the trial; data remains available for export for an additional 7 days before suspension.
Payment is taken in advance, on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at signup. Late payments may result in suspension after 14 days' written notice.
We aim for high availability but do not promise specific uptime percentages. The Service is provided "as available". We may schedule maintenance windows and will give reasonable advance notice for planned downtime.
We are not liable for downtime caused by:
We retain all rights to the Service software, documentation, branding, and design. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business during the term of these Terms.
The accounting product is forked from the open-source CyAccounting codebase; the original upstream licence terms also apply where relevant.
Each party will keep the other party's confidential information confidential and use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms. This obligation survives termination.
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with applicable law.
