Frequently asked

Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
Correct. Sign up, use the full Starter feature set for 30 days, and only enter card details if you decide to continue. If you don't subscribe, your tenant becomes read-only at the end of the trial — you can still export your data for 7 days before it's suspended.
Can I manage multiple companies?
Yes. Each company is billed separately at the per-company price. This is the standard Cyprus market convention — one subscription per legal entity.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that your tenant becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export your data, then it's deleted.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your tenant is suspended — you lose login access. We retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted. You can always download a full backup from your Admin → Backup page while your account is active.
Where is my data stored?
On infrastructure located in Cyprus. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for full details on data handling under GDPR.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Cyprus24h Cloud Accounting runs entirely in your browser. Log in from any computer, anywhere.
Can my accountant access my books?
Yes. Every paid plan includes one free seat for your accountant with appropriate review-and-export permissions. They can work in your books without consuming one of your user seats.
What if I outgrow Growing?
